Heavy-Duty Lifting Sprader bar
A spreader bar is known in the industry as a Spreader beam, Crane bar, Runway beam, or Crane lifting beam. A spreader bar is ideal for use in situations where load control is important, or the lift points are far apart. A spreader bar can also accommodate a sling on each of the bar to lift long, narrow cargo held horizontally. The spreader bars primarily used with rotators, and they feature an underhung crane bar design.
We have designed TowToolz spreader bars as adjustable bars. Quick shackles latch points on the bottom combine versatility, quick connections, and a secure lock and excellent for supporting long loads during lifts. TowToolz adjustable spread models offer various ability for any possible condition during a lift job.

TowToolz has developed an ultra-lightweight spreader bar meets ASME B30.20BTH-1 standards. ESL 40,000 lbs. (20-tons) spreader bar designed to work for all heavy-duty rotators for the towing and emergency rescue. This spreader bar is one of the most powerful bar and allows for executing straight vertical lifts without damaging or collapsing the sides of the casualty.
The ESL spreader bar has two easily adjustable width positions:

load rating: 30 degree for 23,000-lbs and 40 to 60 degree angles for 40,000 lbs.
Ultra-lightweight with only 123-lb (55.80kgs) completely assembled.

Towtoolz’s solution for the space saving spreader bar will store away in the truck storage area. HDL 32K 5-pcs spreader bar designed for both heavy and light duty lifting applications. This bar originally was 28K and have upgraded in 2017 to the higher 32K (16.37-tons) ability. Not only its compact design, this ultra-lightweight (Only 142-lbs) spreader bar meets ASME B30.20BTH-1 standards.
