If within the first 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, return your purchased goods to TowToolz for a refund., less any actual shipping or surcharges.

Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure

1. Call us at (657) 600-8095, or email us at Sales@TowToolz.com and request to return your purchased products.  We will give you a RMA #.  You have up to 7-days to return the product to us.

2. Ship Product Back To Us With RMA # on Outside of Box.

Please ensure that the RMA shipment is insured and sent back via a traceable method, FedEx, UPS, USPS certified mail, etc.

A credit will be issued immediately to your account once we receive the returned items. 

Please Note: Returns Without an RMA # will not be accepted at our facility and delivery will be refused.  Furthermore, we will NOT accept any returns, once the 7-day RMA period has expired.
